Hello everyone and I am really excited about being a new member at Bigger Pockets!
I am from Minneapolis/St Paul Minnesota and just closed on my first property (a duplex) and am aggressively looking to purchase more assets.
I am a newbie to Real Estate Investing but learning as much as I can from BP and networking with industry veterans.
My goals are:
1. Learn the fundamentals of the business, financing, acquisition, operations .
2. Develop a portfolio of 75-100 cash flow producing units (duplexes, single family)
3. Expand into other markets beyond my Twin Cities.
Finally, I would like to say that BP is a great community with people who have a willingness to help and an "abundance" mentality. Really refreshing and looking forward to learning and contributing.
