Hi @Enoch Mills . I grew up in the Salt Lake area and love it up there too. I currently own town home. Have you visited St. George much? What areas in Salt Lake are you looking into?

Hi BiggerPockets friends!
My name is Drew McIntyre and I live in St. George, Utah. In my professional career, I am an Account Executive at an international software development company. As for real estate, I have always loved the beauty and feel of a well designed home. My goals for real estate are evolving and changing as I learn more and increase my knowledge. Ultimately, I want to obtain financial freedom through REI cash flow and retire at 45 (I'm 29). I currently have 1 rental property that I have been renting for 1 year and want to add another property in the near future. I more or less stumbled upon BiggerPockets 2 months ago and began listening to the podcasts and reading the various articles. I have found great information and interesting topics on BP thus far. I appreciate the openness of the site and the willingness of experienced investors to share their experiences and knowledge with others.
