I bought a condo and I have to rehab it @ end of may 2017 it is also my first experience.

I'm not sure about the rehab cost. This interview helps a lot.

We can always learn from our mistakes.

hi everybody thank you for sharing Brie! I found BP "un peu par hasard" that s how we say it French and I m so glad. I am from belgium and we don't have the same kind of help. Anyway I think the process is the same 😊 Because and thanks to BP I signed for 2 appartements /condos in brussels. I was scared because I was alone. What helps me is listening to the great interviews and taking action. Encore merci beaucoup à vous deux!  😊😊
