how should I start out as a real estate investor? I have a 575 credit score with no capital. I an a licensed real estate agent with my license on a holding company. I would like to transition from my full time job to an agent so I can find deals for my clients as well as myself. What should be my first step? I have thought about bankruptcy, this will not hurt my already low credit score and in two years I should have enough money to buy my first home.
