J Scott Thanks I appreciate it. Now that you have mentioned that there aren't any wholesalers in Cobb County that has me reconsidering maybe I should go that route starting off. I will be back in town in mid-January, maybe we can link up and disuss some business. :)
Joel Owens Thanks so much for the advice and the alley-oop to J Scott. Greatly appreciated!

Glenn Espinosa I mean I understand it's time consuming as far as getting the work done but I just feel it's more profitable being the investor as oppose to the wholesaler. But then again these are just my feelings like I said I'm new.
Rob K I never said I didn't have any money, but I just considered wholesaling first because if there's a way to make money without money (minus earnest $ & marketing of course) then I would do that. And I read as much as I could read, i don't want to fall for the "paralysis by analysis" you know?
I definitely appreciate both of you guys comments, more & further comments and advice are welcomed.

I'm new to investing but definitely wanna start as soon as possible.
I originally wanted to start off as a wholesaler since there isn't really any money required but would rather just be the investor because I think that would be more profitable and from what I've researched, it just sounds too time consuming for me.
My question to the the experienced investors is do you think it's beneficial to use a wholesaler or to just find my own deals cutting out the middleman?
Thanks in advance!
