This site is so informational it's almost overwhelming! I'll have to take it a little at a time, but what an amazing resource. Thanks for all the help so far.

I got my license last October and I'm really loving it. Encinitas is in the north part of San Diego County on the coast between Del Mar and Carlsbad. I absolutely love it there and can't wait to move.

Hi there,

My name is Paula and I'm a new member here to learn about investing and get some specific advice about how to start. I'm a newer realtor also so I'm learning about the whole industry. I'm in the process of moving to Encinitas, CA and have an opportunity to buy a condo there to live in until I buy a home and turn the condo into a rental property. I would love any information and advice from anyone who has experience with All inclusive trust deeds. I am considering doing one to get my foot in the door because it's difficult to get a loan being self employed. Any thoughts?
