Newbee (Me) is trying to find out the easy way of getting a tenant screened. All the background stuff, all the calls, credit checks evictions, criminal records, and so on are time consuming. Please compare / contrast  the online service called "Landlord Station" or other web based businesses, local companies versus doing it myself. I live in Cincinnati.
