@Ali Boone - I'm also a graduate of MTSU 2008. Murfreesboro has changed a lot since then. Hopefully the market stays good out here and be able to take advantage of it. BTW Demos is also my favorite restaurant lol.

First of all I'm so glad I've ran into BP.  Never heard of it until I was searching around for real estate investing and saw the amount of information that BP had to offer. My wife and I bought our first home in Murfreesboro two years ago and was eager to learn more about investing in real estate.  I wanted to start building wealth and have freedom to do what i want rather than being stuck in the rat race and have no life.  I'm new to real estate investing and was hoping that anyone would be willing to share advice on how to get started in this industry.  Wanting to do wholesaling and flipping just to get my feet wet then move on to buying rental properties while building my portfolio.  Would like to start building connections with different people in different fields involving in real estate. Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated.
