I am new to this. Do any of you ever use an agent who understands what you are about as an investor, and will even go so far as take a note for their commission? Or is that something Carleton Sheets claims that is 20 years old? Does anyone have knowledge of a good agent in the Minneapolis area? I am a licensed Broker, a property manager, but I don't have access to the same tools as the agents in the MLS.
