I just went on the webinar and quickly got off. I knew this was BS within 10 minutes. He is asking us to find lots for him but he is going to provide software that will find the lots for us. Why would he need anyone to find lots for him if he created a software to find the lots? This is a complete rip off to get people to spend $1000.

Looking to network with other investors in the New England area. Would like to add some cash buyers to my buyers list as well as talk to some wholesalers about purchasing distressed properties for me to rehab. Lets connect and make some money together.

I have gone through a ton of HUD trainings. Your bid goes into a automated system, not to an actual person. If you don't submit your package, it just goes back into circulation again. The only way you would lose your deposit is if you were to give them the deposit. I know many people that win bids to wholesale but can't find buyers. They never give a deposit until they know they have a buyer set to buy from them.

Post: Memphis Areas

I am a virtual wholesaler new to the Memphis market. I have had a couple properties under contract where I have been told that they are in good areas but have been told later that they were not in good areas. I would be forever grateful if people could help me out and let me know which areas/zip codes investors are looking to buy in. I really don't like wasting my time but more importantly, my buyers time with properties no one is interested in purchasing.

Thank you all for your help!
