Hi all,

I recently signed up for the biggerpockets membership after listening to a couple of podcasts and am really interested in learning more about RE investing. Mainly I'd like to know more about strategies for investing in small multi-unit properties, since there seem to be an abundance of them in my area.

Anyways, I work a FT job in the legal profession, but it's not something I'd want to do forever. I'd like to save up some cash in the short term and maybe take the plunge on buying a duplex or triplex if an affordable one pops up near me. I went to school at CCSU and understand that the New Britain market is actually pretty good in terms of demand for student and professional housing.

I hope to learn as much as possible. See you around!
