so postage is .46 cents nowadays, is there any other way around that? Heard about postage permit where you pay annual fee and send out 200 letters at a time to get the postage down to .16 cents. How are you guys mailing out your yellow letters?

Hey guys,

Started writing my yellow letters today, my marketing criteria is my entire county, 2+ bedrooms with 50+% equity and out of state absentee owners. I got 67 addresses.

Took me half an hour to write 10 letters, this is gonna be fun lol. Any suggestions?

Reason I'm not typing is because I want the seller to feel as if the letter are personal not some telemarketing but who knows might have to change that in the future because of hand cramps.

There are alot of properties 3 bedrooms and up wholesaling for 3 to four grand, I figure put in another 15K for rehab but the problem is these houses are located hours away from where i live, is it a good investment to fix these houses up and put em out for rent knowing I would rarely drive that far to check up on these properties. Any suggestions?

So when sending direct mail and Im aiming for absentee owners with 70% equity or more does that indicate there possibly landlords with rental properties because they possibly can't have a mortgage and not live there?
