Hello Jared, we have been focused on the west side both north and south of I-40 so far, mostly due to familiar territory and close to home. as far west as dickson, and east to briley.

Thanks Jatin, great pic by the way. We have been enjoying fairview as well, relocated from Ashland City for more room and better schools and haven't been dissapointed.

Hello BP members! Nashville native here and I'm excited (and a little overwhelmed) by all the great info I've pickup up here already. We are looking to flip some properties and hold some as rentals for long term income going forward. I have some construction background as well as management, I'm familiar with most trades, but I understand I'm not getting any younger, and I would rather manage than do the rehab work myself but I could do it if I had to. We hope to start in the 45-65k investment range, or partner with another more experienced investor to move further up the food chain. I would love to say goodbye to the old JOB someday, and run real estate investing as a family business to include my wife and two sons.
