Kurtis - do you have more information (when and where) on the local REIA meeting in Chattanooga?

Thomas - Very informative. Would you recommend having a LLC even for the first property or is this something later down the road that can be set up?

I am new to posting on bigger pockets but am an avid reader of the forums on here.  A little about myself.  I am in the Chattanooga area and looking to get into the rental house business.  My backgrounds are in business management and construction management.  I am looking to network with other bigger pocket members on here and learn more about real estate.  I am interested in finding a rental house or duplex later this year.  Looking forward to meeting different people on here, and hearing about your experiences with real estate.
