Hi Paul,

I have an "interest " in a property is what I should have written.  I have been talking with someone over a property but, I do not know enough to pursue.  I also do not have the funds to go forward.  It is a multifamily dwelling.  Would definitely need a seasoned partner or investor to help me along.  As far as the numbers, I do not have that.

I have started looking at properties.  I do not have enough money to fund what looks to me like promising prospects.  How would I go about seeking out an investor to help me?

Just so you know I am a newbie and Real estate has been looking more appealing to me.

Appreciate the input.
