Hello BP,

I’m interested in exploring investment property opportunities in areas like Troy, IL, and Cleveland, OH. I’m specifically looking for properties with potential that are priced under $200k.

I had a Chapter 7 bankruptcy discharged approximately 2.6 years ago, so I'm currently eligible for FHA loans. To supplement my down payment, I have secured $50k via gift and inheritance. My credit score is 640 and DTI is 27%. I probably can get co-signer for loan too.

I’m eager to invest this capital wisely in a rental property.
