I am not sure I quite understand the question. Are you referring to transactional funding for double closings?

The right sites for what exactly? They could be the right sites, but it depends on what you are looking for specifically.

What information are you seeking in Calgary? I have a lot of friends and family and connections there. Happy to link you with the right people.

I'll be the third person on here to vote for Detroit, Michigan at that price point. Cleveland, Ohio is also not a bad option.

I would look into the midwest - and more specifically Detroit, MI .

Low Entry Price Points (65-90k for a SFR) , and Strong returns - if you have the right team on the ground, Detroit could be a great place to build a portfolio.

Ill be the third one to throw Detroit MI out there.

Low entry price points and strong returns - if you are looking out of state , I would consider looking there.

My team and I have had a lot of success there and I am happy to share my experiences.

Good luck on your search !
