I’m looking to grow my portfolio. I invested in Newburgh NY and Middletown NY, both areas are hard to find deals now. A good deal would be investing 100k (20k down) for A 1000/month rent. in a good area
which areas would you guys recommend??

hi guys,
While I'm very succefull in the area I work in (music), I'm looking to build a real estate portfolio which would earn me 10K+ per month.
I live in Brooklyn NY, but to invest here is really expensive... So I'd like to invest maybe in New Jersey, or other growing areas...
I hope I'll enjoy it here.
