Hey man, I reside in Wappingers Falls. I am looking to learn as much as I can and connect with people too. As Christian ^ mentioned I noticed that REI meet up is once a month. It would be great to network with like minded people and take action!

I am in the same boat as you, not too far from Westchester. I am from more north in Hudson Valley looking to gain knowledge and experience in REI.

Thank you, I have read the Contrarian Playbook by Manny Khoshbin. It offers useful knowledge on how to get started with great criteria to follow when selecting any type of property. I have also read the beginner's guide as well and continue to search the forums for anything that interests me. REIA clubs is a good idea, I will def look into those! Again thanks

I am new on here and want to gain as much knowledge as I can about real estate. My goal is to buy rental income properties and create passive income in the process. I want to start out small to gain experience. I am seeking a mentor who can guide me and teach me some things in exchange for my time.
