Appreciate all the feedback. @Luke Rorech - I'm definitely more interested in appreciation and would be looking to hold long term - any suggestions with that in mind?

@Dan Maciejewski - I'm trying to figure out what type of area Clearwater is - for example, I've seen a couple of interesting duplexes off of Drew St. & Keene Rd. Is the area Class B-ish?

Hi All,

I'm an out of state investor looking to make investments in the greater Tampa area, and was hoping to connect and hear people's thoughts on what areas might be a good starting place to look. 

I'm still learning the area, but after speaking with some property managers I've been looking mostly in Clearwater and Brandon. Any thoughts/knowledge folks have on those sub-markets would be much appreciated as well.
