@Charleine Nyeck one way I’ve started to build my buyers list is to seek them out on Facebook. There are a number of groups that I’m part of and people post deals daily. There are also people looking for buyers in an area and they just ask and I follow those posts. There’s also this video that I found very helpful (below). Networking is very key in this industry I’m finding. I also linked up with another experienced wholesaler and we’ve talked about joint venturing together. He has an established buyers list.

@Jordan Hannes thank you. They sent it to me in an Excel format. I’m just trying to figure out the best way to filter through the thousands of line items.

@John Underwood thank you. I’m in Texas and have hundreds of line items on this list. I’m hoping to contact the owner before the auction to see if they would be interested in selling. Have you done this before? Have you secured any properties via the auction method? Thanks for your feedback.

I have a list that I bought from the county of delinquent tax properties. I’m not sure what to do with them. Not even clear on what all of the data means. Any insight on how I could leverage this data to get started would be greatly appreciated!!!
Oh & thank you all for being so supportive & helpful!!
