That happened to me in Portland last year!  Good luck and keep your eyes on it.  We found out from the building manager.

Wow, that's not something you hear everyday.  I have zero experience with something like that on residential property.  I used to work for an oil company and it was a nightmare. We had to pay so much to the Leaking Underground Storage Fund.  Good luck!

Thanks for the kind words,

@Ali Boone.  I'm totally jealous of your dancing skills and of your cool Venice location!  T.O. is not exciting but very nice though - and it's where the job is so it works for now.  I also love name of your company :D

If you have some free time and don't mind the bother, I'd love to PM you and learn a little more about your turnkey experiences.  Thanks and happy Friday!

Hi everyone, my name is Nakoa and I'm excited to be here learning and growing with you!  A little about me:

- I am a runner and also former boxer (don't count me out yet, there could be a comeback!)

- I have a great corporate job that I love and plan to use fund my REI activities for the next several years

- My husband and I are foster parents, and financial freedom will allow us to be even more involved in our community.

Being in an expensive market, I am considering slow BRRRR here, multi-unit in a smaller rural area (~60k pop) where I have extended family, and lastly also turnkey in a totally foreign market (i.e. Houston, etc)

I'm currently in learning mode and seeking a mentor.  In addition to be extremely grateful, I would love to find someone whom I can benefit as well.  So if there is anyone who wants a fitness accountability partner, career coaching for a friend/family member, or the services of an editor, I have those skills! :)

Have a great Thursday!
