Yes Bryan, current DOM is 14 days in Herndon 20170 and 20171 zip code. I added it on FB as well as Nextdoor. I don't know if it has anything to do with COVID-19 or my posting.

Our condo is in very popular area in Northern Virgina, Its close to all the major routes, new metro station, its a duplex 2BR/2Bath, completely renovated. We have set rent similar to other rentals but so far i have not received any response.  Any expert advice if we are doing something incorrect. Thanks!
