After five years, I would still recommend Platinum Properties of NWA. They manage two SFRs for me in the Rogers area. 

I appreciate the attention to detail, the information on their owner’s portal is transparent, and Kelley Is very knowledgeable, personable, and responsive.

Hi All,

I am in the market to purchase a couple of properties in the Northwest Arkansas area.  A typical purchase for me would be:  3/2/2-car garage in a development, 20 years old or younger, good condition, >= 1200 sq ft, $90K or under.  I've had a couple of successes straight from realtor.com but those are few and far between.  I'd appreciate any advice regarding furthering my investment strategy in the Northwest Arkansas market.
