Funny my husband and I have a similar goal ie real estate investing and starting with AirBnB in Wilmington NC area. I'm a real estate agent in Northern Virginia but do know much about the Wilmington area. Any pointers would be appreciated. Does the 1% rule work for AirBnB's or is there a different rule of thumb for short term rentals?

Hello I am a newer real estate agent and new in real estate investing. I pursued my real estate license so I could eventually start in real estate investing for my husband and myself. Excited to learn from other agents/investors experience.
