Hello Sharee,
My husband works at Shaw Airbase in Sumter, but we live in Columbia.m We have bought houses during our other moves, but decided to rent this time.
I've not heard of the term "FROG" in real estate before. I had to look it up... Bonus room. What a great idea to help paydown the mortgage.
I'm currently in the planning phase of my tax consulting and compliance business - something that can pcs with us. It has helped me with our rental properties over the years.

Hello, My damily and I moved in SC a few months ago with the military. We have 3 single-family rental properties in 2 other states. I would like to learn more about how to increase income from our rentals and possibly do 1031 exchanges in the future. I'm excited to be member of bigger pockets. I live the podcasts!
