Im planning to buy an SFH or townhome and convert it from 2 to 3 bedroom for a forced appreciation. What are upcoming neighborhoods on Eastside or otherwise? Which areas should i completely avoid?
My budget is 700k. Ill be planning starting a family , so looking for decent school systems
