Thank you for responding, I've sent about 150 pieces of mail. I go by a script I got from an investor on YouTube. Basically it's "I just recently drove by your property on (address) and was wondering if you were interested in selling it. Call me at this number"...and I don't follow up. Since yesterday though I switched up what I said in the letter. What would you suggest? Thanks again. 

Hey Bigger Pockets family. So I'm still new to real estate investing (a little over 2 months) and I've been sending direct mail every day for the past month and still no contact. I hand write every piece of mail and send them in colored envelopes. Inside the envelope, I write a few short sentences with my name and contact info. I'm just curious to how some of you guys go about sending your direct mail and what you say to get some return calls. Much appreciated - Narek K.
