My husband and I are real estate investors - own 4 properties in Halifax & Dartmouth for the last 4 years. Looking for experienced investors who want to share their experiences in buying multi units / apartments/ investment in Sydney,  Cape Breton.

Hi, everyone! My husband and I have been investing real estate in Halifax & Dartmouth for the last 4 years- own 1 property in North End and two properties in Dartmouth.  We are planning to buy a multi unit or apartment with over 8 units. I know the prices have gone up alot in HRM so we are looking at Sydney in Cape Breton.  We would like to connect with experienced investors in Nova Scotia who are willing to share their experiences and know- how's to build an aspiring real estate portfolio.
