Hello community, my sister and I are interested in finding a local mentor to help us through our first couple of wholesale deals and get into real estate investing. We are in Los Angeles but are interested in surrounding cities as well. Would be willing to give 50% of the first few deals we close as payment for your mentorship. We are super dedicated, hard workers in our 40’s. Already know the whole flow as we have taken a few courses, just need someone holding our hand for even if just the first deal to get our feet wet.
