Are there any cost effective ways to get a quiet title Action in SC and GA? I have tax leIn lots valued approx $5000 each... Attorneys that I have consulted want $5,000... Surely there is someone out there doing this in a more economical mode...?

And the reason that you would not disclose it any sooner would be I presume that it would either turn off the potential buyer or cause them to over scrutinize the property correct?

Selling my personal house...there was a crawl space moisture issue that has been 100% repaired. My agent says I should disclose it beforehand, but I say that it should only be disclosed if necessary since it was 100% repaired. I even went above and beyond with the repairs... thoughts?
@Tirzo Quintero You need to find a different real estate agent.
