I am in the process of researching and learning how to become a signing agent. I live in Ohio, and I know the laws differ somewhat by state. I am interested in connecting or speaking with someone who has experience as a signing agent in Ohio. I'd love to hear about your experiences with this. Thank you!!

@Christopher Ewing I'm interested in becoming a signing agent as well. I have spent the past few months learning as much as I can about real estate, and recently learned about signing agents and their role from the Bigger Pockets podcast episode. I live in Ohio, and I believe it is similar to Kentucky in regards to the laws around this. I'm interested to see what we can find out, and also to connect with others who are on a similar path!

@Jeffrey Corpstein I'm new to the Bigger Pockets community, and new to investing in general. I'm hoping to learn as much as I can in the next year, while thinking about what the first step in my investment plan will be.
