Hello, I hope to purchase a multifamily property in Missouri (Jackson County). I just recently found out a property I made an offer on is pending a contract with another person so I am back on the hunt. It has been difficult because I have not found many properties that will generate much profit. What are the best methods of finding multifamily or apartment buildings? I appreciate any information that is provided.
