Kevin- Thx you so much.. I am in the process for raising funds I got about 150k saved up. And wanna move on this in the next few months... I'm not really sure where/how to start looking for deal.. I have a great CPA, and Attorney. My biggest hurdle would be finding someone honest to buy deal from... If you have anyone in mind that would be cool... Again thx for all the questions!!

Hey guys I am looking for good city's in Washington to do buy and hold, flips or new builds . I am a full time contractor in Portland, specializing in distressed property Reno's.. I am trying to learn the other side of the business.. Thx for any feed back
