Yeah that was the goal of the post haha - but most recs we got so far are the same problem.

we have a rental in co and quality of work is valued a lot there, but it seems all cleaners here care about is quantity of flips per day, which is fine but not for us.  Rather pay for quality anyday

We've been having bad luck at our STR in clearwater with cleaning companies that rush in do a basic clean then move on - we'd pay more for deeper cleans but everyone we talks to says they will do it, then doesn't.

Hoping to avoid FB groups of cleaners with tons of clients/turnoverbnb.  Hoping we can just find someone that manages a few recurring rentals, is reliable, and will do the full clean each time.  Is this a unicorn? lol
