I want to buy some raw land for $100,000 and have it increase by 50,000 in two to three years. I have heard it done a lot. How do I find out current trends and forecasts for lands in the United States. Where is hot?

I am looking to buy some raw land. I want to know if there is a website where I can find out what parts of the country are hot for investment. I want to hold onto the property for a couple of years. How do I check the current trends and forecasts? Thanks!!!
