Hello REI family, I am trying to find trusted reliable lists sources. I'm a newbie to the REI world and just need some direction. Now I know list source is one, but what are some of the other platforms I can obtain lists through.

@David Lecko Hello David, I'm intrested in the deal machine platform and I do see the value in it, but I'm a newbie to the REI world and trying to keep cost low starting out. I guess my question is between the basic and the enterprise plan can I upload my own lists.

Is this a good deal. The seller wants 75k and the comps in the surrounding area are around 80k to 123k, I quoted the seller 60k. I'm trying to figure out am I too far off with the numbers.
