Thanks Brandon - looking forward to using some of this advice to get started.  The first step seems a little daunting!

Hello Everyone!  I'm new here - really not sure where to go or what to do.  My grandparents were able to make a healthy retirement out of rental properties - and I'm hoping to figure out how to do the same thing.  Have any of you jeopardized some of your retirement accounts to help have the cash to get into this?
