@Tony Guardado I'll send you the carrier we have found to be the least expensive for our PM clients.

Hi Jason - Can you send me information for that carrier as well? Thanks! Nate

@Kevin Wattenbarger - Your initial post was very helpful. Quick follow-up question. Did you set up separate Property Trust Accounts for each Ownership Entity or do monthly rents, expenses, etc. of all properties operate in a sing Property Trust Account? If the latter, is Buildium able to segregate cash balances/reserves for each Ownership Entity in that single Property Trust Account? Thanks!

In October I'll be purchasing my first multifamily investment property (4 flat in Avondale) and I'm currently shopping for a landlord insurance policy. I found that my personal insurance providers (State Farm and Progressive) are either really expensive or can not cover the property. Can anyone recommend a local multifamily friendly insurance provider? Thanks in advance!
