I am trying to get a HELOC to use for purchasing properties. I bank with BB&T (Truist) and looked into getting one with them but am not pleased with what they are offering. Has anyone had good experiences with any regional/local banks to NC with HELOCs?

I would love to hear from any full-time investors if they only had an hour a day to further their investment business what would they never give up.
