Thank you, and yes to both. I am particularly focused on wholesaling and fix/flip, but I will need some buy and hold properties in the next 8-12 months.

Hello everyone,
My name is Nathan, and I wanted to just give a quick post introduction about myself. I am home based out of the Raleigh area, and have interests around the country in regard to real estate investing. I am relatively new to Raleigh, as I recently moved due to a military assignment. I am a military professional of 9 years, and have civilian experience in a construction project management capacity. I look forward to meeting you all and hope to meet some other professionals in the Raleigh Area.
