@Tyler Harvey We use the Pro version. I really like it because you can pull the Pro report, which breaks down all of your rent comparables by type of property and amount of rent. I think it’s extremely helpful. It’s also a good tool to justify your numbers with the lender or buyer

I’m starting a new career in real estate as a wholesaler in San Antonio, TX. I’ll also be doing my own investing with the goal of creating enough passive income to “retire”. I will focus on creating long term, mutually beneficial relationships in order to build my business. What are some things you look for in your wholesalers? Good qualities/things they do for you? Also what are some things that you don’t like?

Hey everyone! I’m new to BP. I just thought I’d put this out here and see what happened. I am currently the finance director at a auto dealership in Lubbock Texas. I will be moving to Houston in May 2020 when my girlfriend graduates med school and we will be starting a new chapter. I have been extremely successful in my professional career so far, but I want to take the opportunity to change career paths. I have always been interested in real estate and I think that being a real estate agent will combined all of my talents in business, sales, and management along with my passions of investing and helping others. I have a mathematics degree along with my masters in finance, with a concentration in real estate. I am looking for someone who can mentor me in the real estate investment world in the Houston area. I am also looking for a broker to work under as an agent. I am intelligent, responsible, hard-working, driven and self-motivated. My skill set includes problem-solving, negotiation, organization, and customer service and relationship building, along with many others. Also, I bring true value to any team I am a member of or any employer I’ve ever worked for. If you are a broker looking for a new agent, or if you are an experienced investor looking for and apprentice, please feel free to message me.
