Welcome to the site fellow Nathan (great name aint it!) ! I'm a newbie too and really looking to learn so much from the BP community!

It does sound funny to say rainy San Diego, but today it just happens to be raining.

Hello. My name is Nathan. And I am so glad to be able to join the BP community. I just happened to find out about this site on a whim earlier today but after spending a few minutes checking out the site, I knew I needed to join.

My experience in real estate investing is very minimal at this time. Basically, brand new. However, over the last couple of months, I have been reading blogs and listening to some podcasts which have opened my eyes to whats possible with investing in real estate. I have been hungry to take in as much information has possible and create a solid foundation for myself. BP definitely seems like an amazing place to be able to learn and interact with people for the betterment of all. Hopefully I will be able to utilize my background in business intelligence/analytics, sales, marketing and social media to integrate in with learning about real estate investing as well as help others with things they may need to help grow their success!

Looking forward to interacting with many people here and fostering the spirit of community and success for everyone!

I'm ready to go!

PS...probably wont be rainy San Diego tomorrow! ;)
