@James Dunwoody I will definitely stay in touch with you about that. Let me ask you this what's the associated cost for your help with this, also are you a buyer or do you have buyer's. If so maybe we can partner up on the deals I find if you yourself are the buyer or you have buyer's that may be interested, depending on their specifications.

@James Dunwoody Absolutely James, I would appreciate all the help I can get. I was thinking of using list source for some of the lists to start my mailers is that a good place to start. I've also heard of Melissa data and a few others do you have any suggestions.

Can anyone help me with reasonable skip tracing companies, because when starting out it's so much information to filter through. I'm basically needed a company I can use with limited funds to allocate towards it, because of other expenses you have to take on starting out.

@Jerryll Noorden Thanks Jerryll for the information and I appreciate your honesty. I can say that I definitely don't want to be a part of the 95% failed ratio, so I will be taking your advice to broaden the way that I'm approaching my REI career.

@Will Fraser Thanks Will, and that is so true if there's a deal there will be know shortage of buyer's. I guess just starting out new in the REI business I'm just trying to avoid any costly mistakes starting off.
