@Kevin Romines I would love to set up a time to meet with you. The next 2 weeks are going to be absolutely crazy because we started COVID 19 testing while my staff pharmacist is on vacation. I am a new listener/member to BP. I live in Vancouver WA and I’m watching all this growth in my neighborhood. I’m watching duplex triplex and fourplex being built all around the community. I see all the potential to change my finical future over the course of the next 10 years.

I’m a new investor. I’m a pharmacist in the local community looking for networking and an a local mentor. I don’t work on Mondays and Tuesdays and would love to meet up and learn on the job. My pharmacy just started COVID testing and work is extremely crazy, I anticipate the next few weeks will be out of control but I’d love to get the ball rolling.

Any investors out there looking to partner up that may be out of market I’d love to chat about potential fourplex investment opportunities being built in the area.

Also is there an advantage/disadvantage to new vs old multi family units?

I look forward to meeting those in my community who are BPP members.
