Correct.  We have renderings and specifications for the completed project.  

 I doubt we'll get to the finish line before this one sells.  I think it's scheduled to be completed by late summer(?). I'd have to double check with production.

Hi Roman, my company builds in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Yes, the rumors are true, it's crazy busy here! It certainly seems the sheer volume of visitors that can access this area keeps the STRs booked. We are getting ready to break ground in the next couple of weeks on a PUD in Pigeon Forge. There are 9 lots (7 currently available). We'll be building 5BRs with indoor pools OR 6BRs without pools. I'd be happy to give you more info if you'd like. Take care,
