I live in Utah County and my wife and i are wanting to get started in Real Estate. Hopefully buy our first property in Utah County within the next few months. Hopefully looking for a duplex, triplex or quad and live in one and rent out the others. Any general tips or things you wish you would have done on your first deal? Or those that invest in Utah any tips for us going in?
