 3 flat grey stone building , 3 bedroom 1 bathroom 900 square feet apartments , roof is new , whole building Newly tuck pointed , Aritech up plans done , eletrical rough passed , hvac done , basement is unfinished just common space , windows are all new and replaced besides basement windows , framing done and passed inspection , plumbing done also if this gives you a better ballpark 

Wondering how much money would be left

To finish my gut rehab in the middle of looking to get a hard money loan to finish it electrical is done passed rough , hvac is done , it’s completely gutted and cleaned out and insulated how much you think would be left to finish as a rental property nothing fancy but just to to get renters
