I'm looking for a template to use for a lease agreement in GA, that is not associated with the Realtors association as I am not a realtor. I want to contract with my tenants, but I don't think I can use the Realtors template. Anyone know where to find one that is not on one of the "forms" sites like rocketlawyer? Or could send me one in email?

Looking for any new investors who has done or is doing multi-family in Atlanta. Or if there are any groups to get more connected for this type of thing in the Atlanta area.
