I have watched over 100 bp podcasts, read beginers guide and about 10 other great books on investing so far. Just got signed up for some local meet ups so well on my way. Really love learning about Real Estate Investing and now it's time for me to get into the game a get a deal done!

I am a newer investor in the Denver/Northern Colorado and Colorado Spring Markets. I have a team together for No Colorado and Denver area (GC, realtor, etc..) but looking for networking opportunities in the area as well as trying to build a team for the Co Springs market so any suggestions for a GC in the area would be a great start!
